Maintaining Discrimination and Harassment Free Organizational Environments (09:54)

This video, produced by the NASA Johnson Space Center's Out and Allied Employee Resource Group, helps to raise awareness on the need for maintaining discrimination and harassment free learning environments. Sex discrimination under Title IX and NASA's Title IX regulations includes harassing conduct for failing to conform to stereotypical notions of masculinity and femininity. Although Title IX does not prohibit discrimination based solely on sexual orientation, Title IX does protect all students, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) students, from sex discrimination based on sex stereotyping.
